Tiffany BrumfieldSenior Manager, Database & Membership Operations

Tiffany Brumfield is the Senior Manager of Database and Membership Operations at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). As a member of the Membership team, Brumfield is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the association’s database and overseeing membership application and engagement processes across AIA. She also serves as the liaison with member companies, managing customer relationship systems and outreach to both current and prospective members within the industry.

Before joining AIA, Brumfield worked with the National Club Association (NCA) in Washington, DC. In her role there, she was the primary contact for their three database systems, providing exceptional service to members and driving high retention rates, new member solicitation, event registration, and effective political action committee and association foundation efforts. Prior to her work at NCA, Brumfield served as the Global Market Research Coordinator (MRC) for Omni Hotels & Resorts in Washington, DC. As a Global MRC, she collaborated with the sales team to arrange meetings across all Omni properties and its global partners using various database systems.

Brumfield attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she majored in Business Administration.
