Bry SpinellaSenior Manager, International Programs

Bry Spinella is the Senior Manager of International Programs at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). She is responsible for managing operations related to AIA’s participation in international tradeshows and addressing issues concerning potential foreign military sales. Spinella coordinates with AIA member companies through the International Exhibition Committee and collaborates with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) to determine support requirements for each show. She negotiates with air show management and U.S. and foreign firms to secure the necessary support. Additionally, Spinella oversees trade show strategies, solutions, and innovations tailored to support the overall event strategy and achieve desired outcomes, including operational support for the participation of U.S. aircraft and aircrew.

Spinella also joined the International Forum on Business Ethical Conduct for the Aerospace and Defence Industry (IFBEC) in March 2021, where she serves as the Executive Secretariat and Director of Membership.

Before joining the International team at AIA, Spinella was part of the Corporate Events team, gaining over five years of experience in event coordination and logistics. She was involved in planning, logistics, and execution of AIA meetings and events, working closely with AIA’s policy and support divisions to ensure the success of each event.

Prior to her time at AIA, Spinella accumulated over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, with roles at Wingate Hotels, Hampton Inn, Westin, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Crescent Hotels & Resorts, where she held increasing responsibilities.

Spinella is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs with a minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management and is also working towards her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
