Katherine Nettrour is the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia, Nettrour began her career as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Her professional journey spans various industries, including commercial real estate, government contracting, and graduate education. Before joining AIA, she worked with a multinational organization renowned for its GMAT exam, which is used by graduate business schools for MBA admissions. Nettrour is a highly effective and innovative leader in finance and accounting, with over 15 years of experience specializing in accounting, operations, and treasury management. She has a strong track record in managing annual financial audits, overseeing legal entity and tax structures, handling small business acquisitions and integrations, and building high-performing accounting teams.

Nettrour earned her degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the arts, cooking, spending time outdoors, and learning about French wines.
