Dear President Biden:
We write today to urge you to swiftly nominate the next Federal Aviation Administration Administrator. The undersigned organizations represent the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers, airlines, airports, tourism businesses, and operators. Our industry supports millions of jobs and trillions of dollars in economic activity within the United States. Together we share many common goals, including advancing sustainable aviation, paving the way for emerging technologies, and supporting our world-class workforce. The FAA, the aviation industry and the American flying-public need a leader with experience in managing large organizations and an aviation background to pave the way for the aviation system to continue to grow safer, more efficient, and more technologically advanced.
