Alaina Grays is the Director, Human Resources & People Operations, at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). Having worked mostly in non-profit organizations, Grays is passionate about all things human resources. She believes that people are the most important asset of any organization and enjoys creating a positive workplace culture that encourages creativity and productivity.

For more than seven years, Grays served as the Director of Human Relations at the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). She joined AIA in 2022 and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional as well as a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Grays is a graduate of Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During her spare time, she loves reading, traveling abroad, trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
