Bruce’s vision for Enjet Aero is to be recognized as a premier aerospace and defense manufacturing firm specializing in the acquisition, integration and growth of businesses that machine, fabricate, form, and assemble components used in commercial and military aircraft engines. His primary role is providing focused leadership and strategic direction for all corporate entities, Enjet associates and respected partners and customers.
PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE
Prior to founding Enjet Aero, Bruce was a Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Valent Aerostructures (acquired by LMI Aerospace), as well as Founder and CEO of the predecessor platform business that became Valent. Bruce has over 20 years of experience working in and with aerospace and defense-related businesses. He knows and understands the industry well, and he is especially cognizant of the challenges it currently faces and the opportunities that can be seized by those companies that are able to prove their partnership value.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Bruce has played a key role through his participation in multiple acquisitions, divestitures and organic growth strategies resulting in significant value creation to investors. He currently serves as a member of the Aerospace Industry Association’s (AIA) Board of Governors. Bruce began his career at Ernst & Young LLP working more than eight years in the Entrepreneurial Services group.
