Emily Hayes is the Manager of Media Relations at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA).

Before joining AIA, Hayes served as a Press Assistant for Congressman Adam Kinzinger during his final year in office. In this role, she helped shape messaging on various issues, including foreign affairs and national security. Most recently, Hayes was the National Communications Advisor at Country First, where she advanced the non-profit’s pro-democracy goals across various states and managed key messaging on social media.

In 2023, Hayes earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business.
