The CAC seeks to improve the capability for designing, developing, producing, and operating aviation products in a safer, more secure, and efficient aviation system; promoting robust federal aeronautics, R&D funding at the FAA and NASA; providing access and capabilities for new entrants; modernizing the air traffic management system; and monitoring federal and international aviation regulations and standards.
