Arlington, Va. – Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) President and CEO Eric Fanning today released the following comment after the U.S. Department of Commerce issued new rules to modernize space-related export controls:

These rules — and ones like them — take a tailored approach to facilitate more trade with our closest allies and partners while still protecting national security.
