Dean Johnson serves as the Manager of Legislative Affairs at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), coordinating AIA’s Capitol Hill advocacy with a focus on space policy.  

Before joining AIA, Johnson served as a Legislative Correspondent with Congresswoman Dina Titus (D-NV) in her Washington, DC office. In this role, he prepared policy priorities and appropriations requests on behalf of the Congresswoman and led the office’s constituent outreach functions. Prior to working for Rep. Titus, Johnson was a Research Assistant for Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA), supporting the policy team and organizing a repository for the Congressman’s past legislative initiatives. 

Originally from Pasadena, CA, Johnson graduated from Wake Forest University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Affairs, along with minors in History and Psychology.
