Arlington, Va. – Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) President and CEO Eric Fanning today released the following statement after Congress voted to pass a continuing resolution to fund the government:
“The Aerospace Industries Association is grateful that Congress has acted to prevent a full government shutdown,” Fanning said. “We thank Sens. Murray and Collins and Reps. Cole and DeLauro for protecting funding to maintain critical government functions through March, and we’re ready to support their efforts to pass full appropriations in the new year.”
