As a serial entrepreneur and an experienced executive, Sol Kanthack has over 20 years of management and leadership experience. Kanthack has a unique combination of entrepreneurial skills and hands-on management with extensive experience leading complex engineering and technology development, operations, manufacturing, and finance.

In his free time, Kanthack enjoys running, snow skiing, hiking and camping (all with a Land Cruiser at the ready) with his wife Molly and three daughters (Clara, Lyla and Julia) and playing bass guitar in an alternative rock band. 

Kanthack received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with the Dean’s Award of Distinction and degree concentrations in Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Finance. Kanthack represents the interests of small companies within the aerospace supply chain by sitting on the Aerospace Industries Association’s (AIA) Executive Committee and Supplier Management Council. He is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) both in the Fort Worth, TX Chapter and Internationally.
