The Engineering & Technology Leadership Council (ETLC) develops technical policy positions for the aviation industry and collaborates with customers to identify and address emerging technical issues and opportunities. The remit of the group is broad, covering all engineering disciplines as well as technical matters within the civil, defense, international, and space markets. Members of the council are typically the senior technologists within AIA’s member companies.
