Arlington, Va. – The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), the leading voice for the American aerospace and defense industry, today announced that creative event management expert Logan Sobonya has joined as Senior Director of Corporate Events.
“Logan is an amazing new addition to our team,” said Eric Fanning, AIA’s President and CEO. “Bringing on someone as experienced, creative, and talented as she is to serve as Senior Director of Corporate Events will drive the Aerospace Industries Association’s initiatives – and advocacy – to new heights.”
Logan Sobonya joins AIA from CBRE, bringing extensive and innovative event management expertise with a proven ability to transform strategies into dynamic plans and oversee all event aspects. Previously, Logan served as Director of Global Events at Gartner, where she led a team in designing and delivering world class client engagement through in-person event formats. Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Elon University, with a minor in Business Administration.
