He works closely with the CFO and lenders to develop a financial plan for acquisitions and has established an internal team to oversee the integration and transition of acquisitions.
He has led the team in a number of essential areas such as excellence in design, diversified markets, construction management and owner lifecycle services. He has mentored and monitored the management team in the implementation of a number of essential programs for safety, ethics, internal controls, enterprise risk management, talent management, cybersecurity, information technology, community involvement, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance).
