Emily Hayes is the Senior Manager of Media Relations at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA).

Before joining AIA, Hayes served as a Press Assistant on Capitol Hill. In this role, she helped shape messaging on various issues, including foreign affairs and national security. Most recently, Hayes served as a National Communications Advisor for a non-profit.

In 2023, Hayes earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business.
