Mark LeeChairman, Aero-Mark

Mark Lee is the Chairman and Owner of Aero-mark LLC. Mr. Lee has owned operating companies with a primary emphasis in the aerospace industry during the past 25 years. Aero-mark LLC has concentrated on acquiring small family owned companies and developing them with management and financial resources.

In addition to his current holdings in Aero-mark, Mr. Lee has had previous successful investments in Loud Engineering and Mfg, Inc.; General Aluminum Forgings Inc.; Vard Precision Corporation; Petrox Industries, Inc.; Commercial Guardian and American Pacific Corporation.

Mr. Lee has other holdings in real estate, restaurants, energy as well as an investment portfolio. Prior to owning his own businesses Mr. Lee was President and CEO of American Pacific Corporation and was instrumental in its creation through several acquisitions. Before entering the aerospace business Mr. Lee was involved in international business and real estate.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA; an MBA Degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a CPA certificate. He was born and raised in Southern California but in the course of his career he has lived in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Georgia and Colorado.

He and his wife currently reside in Corona del Mar, California. They have one adult daughter.
