Mark LeeChairman, Aero-Mark

Mark Lee is the Chairman and Owner of Aero-Mark LLC. Over the past 25 years, he has owned and operated companies primarily focused on the aerospace industry. Aero-Mark LLC specializes in acquiring small, family-owned businesses and enhancing their growth through strategic management and financial resources.

In addition to his current holdings in Aero-Mark, Lee has successfully invested in several companies, including Loud Engineering and Mfg., Inc.; General Aluminum Forgings, Inc.; Vard Precision Corporation; Petrox Industries, Inc.; Commercial Guardian; and American Pacific Corporation.

Beyond aerospace, Lee maintains diverse interests with holdings in real estate, restaurants, energy, and an extensive investment portfolio. Before establishing his own businesses, he served as President and CEO of American Pacific Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in its formation through multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Lee was involved in international business and real estate.

Lee earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA, an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and holds a CPA certificate. Born and raised in Southern California, he has lived in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Georgia, and Colorado during his career.

He and his wife currently reside in Corona del Mar, California, and they have one adult daughter.
