Mike CadenazziManaging Director, Ernst & Young

Mike currently serves as a managing director for the EY Americas Core Business Services Global Markets Leadership team supporting the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Consulting service line.

He has more than 25 years of experience in defense, aerospace and government addressing strategic and operational challenges.

Mike is a serial entrepreneur who has launched or participated in multiple startups across artificial intelligence (AI), analytics and technical services. He is a veteran who served 10 years as a U.S. Navy cryptologic officer in operational and staff positions in Asia and Europe.

Mike earned his BS in Engineering from Tulane University and holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF Communications & Signals Intelligence from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
