The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and its member companies provided a response to the May 22, 2024, U.S. Department of Defense Request for Comments on Defense Industrial Base Adoption of Artificial Intelligence for Defense Applications. The AIA response includes comments on training data availability, Intellectual Property rights protections, workforce investments, potential uses of AI, and cybersecurity consideration.
